Yes, any youth can enroll. The courses are geared toward teenagers, but parents know the writing and comprehension skills of their youth and can determine whether they are good candidates for the course.

While we encourage submissions, we do not guarantee publication of all submitted articles. Adherence to the principles learned in the course, space in the newspaper, and editor discretion are all factors in whether or not an article is published.
